The Sahara TufTab from Tablet Kiosk is a rugged tablet PC that has been constructed to overcome the rigors of rain, dust, humidity, extreme temperatures, and vibration. The gadget is powered by 1.0GHz Celeron processor, 1GB of RAM, a 12.1 inch widescreen LCD touch panel display that can be viewed even under sunlight, Bluetooth connectivity, and a biometric fingerprint scan. The price tag $2,099.
Toshiba has launched the Satellite A200 Onyx Blue 15.4-inch CSV widescreen laptop. The laptop supports Windows Vista Home Premium, and Intel Core2Duo processor. The Satellite A200 also offers an attractive onyx blue metallic case, SRS WOW 3D sound audio and 1.3MP webcam. Pricing info is still unknown.
HAIER is gonna release their two new laptops in Korea, the T31G and W18. The HAIER T31G features a 13.3 inches WXGA widescreen (16:10), GeForce FO 7400 with 128MB of VRAM, 1.73Ghz Core 2 Duo T2250 CPU, 512MB RAM, an 80GB HDD, 1.3MP webcam and DVD/CD-R combo. The HAIER W18 features 12.1 inches screen with the same graphic card, Core 2 Duo T2250, 512MB for the RAM, 120GB SATA HDD and the DVD/CD-R combo.
Asus will release five new notebooks including A7S, F3SV, F3SC, A8SC, and W7S. They feature the new nVidia GeForce Go 8000 series video cards and Intel’s “Santa Rosa” notebook platform. Using the new nVidia GeForce Go 8000 series video cards, these laptops should provide DirectX 10 and high-definition video capabilities for next generation PC games and multimedia. FYI, the GeForce Go 8400/8600 VGA cards can optionally use the system memory in addition to their dedicated video RAM. They also boast wireless N (IEEE 802.11n draft) connectivity, while one of them, the Asus A7S, has HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) output. In addition, the Asus A7S comes with 17-inch widescreen display, while the Asus F3SV and Asus F3SC have 15.4-inch WXGA screens. The Asus A8SC and Asus W7S are using 14.1 and 13,3-inch widescreen displays.
LG has now released its limited edition Xnote S1 laptop in the Korean market. It comes showing off a 15.4-inch WSXGA+ display, a 2.16GHz Core 2 Duo T7400 processor, 2GB memory, 160GB of disk space, and an ATI Radeon X1600 graphics card with 256MB of VRAM. Pricing hasn’t been disclosed but I suppose it wil be kinda too much for my budget.
All the speculation about the Million Dollar Laptop from the UK Luxury firm Luvaglio comes to an end with the official photos shown here! The ridiculous expensive notebook includes a 17-inch backlit screen with a special anti-reflective coating, a 128GB Solid State Disk Drive, and a Blu-ray drive, along with built in USB memory stick and MP3 player, and not to forget the diamond encrusted power button. And, for more royalty, the laptop will be finished to the owner’s choice of precious metals, leathers and real woods.

And, it not just looks like a Dentist chair but it actually is a part computer table and a part dentist’s chair. Can’t imagine myself working comfortably on this but its curved cradle-like base will surely come handy to take a nap! It is currently being exhibited in Korea.
